Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Formal shoes that show signs of wear
- Belts that have been sized or altered
- Any intimate apparel or hosiery from our Falke collection
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your items securely – Include the original packing slip and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this has been completed.
Refund Timelines:
- Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to process
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.).
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once the original item is received and inspected
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
For our international customers (excluding some Asian regions), please note that any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our premium collections (such as our BLAZERS, DRESSES, or Bags & wallets), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
