All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian regions and remote locations. Any customs fees or import taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our designer collections, whether it’s our curated FALKE collaborations, premium BLAZERS, elegant DRESSES, or luxury accessories. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Formal shoes that show signs of wear
- Belts that have been sized or altered
- Any intimate apparel or hosiery from our Falke collection

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification upon completion.
Refund Timelines:
- Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days to process
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.).
Exchange Process
- We ship your replacement once the original item is received and inspected
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll be charged the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, we’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
